       Another deceptive pokemon player, Pikachu has some very effective attacks, such as a large and sudden lightning bolt coming from the skies.  His elctrifying attacks are devastating and stun players as well.  Like his small counterparts, he's very small and can actually evade some high attacks simply by being under them.  Use the energy burst to do evasions and returns.
